Production Dowhaul Upgrade Kit
The latest IBRA rules update will allow the use of a double-block in place of the ring at the bottom of downhaul in the Production Class.
This kit includes a double-block and new line. All you need to do is follow the simple instructions to re-rig your downhaul using the original hook-fitting at the sail.

Ball Bearings:

In the past many blokart^® sailors replaced the lubrication in their bearings with a variety of "secret sauce" formulations.

One very popular aftermarket grease is Dow Corning Molykote BG-20.

Recently a number of sailors have been using US Bearing and Belts house-brand premium bearing without any modifications. These bearings are supplied with Mobile EM Polyrex grease.

An indication of the performance of these bearings and grease: in 2017 first-place in the Performance Super-Heavy division was won with stock (even using both seals) USBB bearings.

We're happy to re-sell USBB bearings, but the best price is buying direct from the USBB E-Bay Store.
Make sure to get the "premium" bearings with the blue-rubber shield and the EM Polyrex grease.
